Icons for SuSE and Other Linux Applications

I absolutely love the look of the SuSE desktop icons; they compliment the overall look of the distro very well. However, I noticed that when I installed some old windows icons on my system, their look was definitely inferior--they looked "low resolution" and lifeless.

Is there anywhere that I can download additional icons for SuSE (or for any linux program) that will match the quality of the icons that come with the distro?

Just wondering.

Have you had a look at www.kde-look.org by any chance ? As SuSE runs KDE by default (scratches head, thinks for a bit...) the icons there could help.
