how to check, in linux, setnetpath function in C exists

Hi,
I have a C-program on SuSe Linux. It uses xti/tli library. So, I have installed strxnet/mcrypt and other needed pkgs on my box and i am able to see man page for functions getnetpath and setnetpath; but while compiling trans1.c and trans2.c, I am getting the errors -

trans2.o: In function `get_addr':
trans2.c.text+0x36): undefined reference to `setnetpath'
trans2.c.text+0x77): undefined reference to `netdir_getbyname'
trans2.c.text+0x16b): undefined reference to `taddr2uaddr'
trans2.c.text+0x1be): undefined reference to `getnetpath'
trans2.c.text+0x1de): undefined reference to `endnetconfig'

How to check whether the above functions exists/installed on my box? Could you give any idea. I have checked include files for netconfig.h, netdir.h and they are present and i also checked libnsl.a and libnsl.so.

How can we know which .so file consists of these functions?

Thanks in advance.

I got the answer. It needs libnsl on UNIX and on LINUX, it is libxnsl that contains the functions for network configurations and selection like setnetpath and getnetpath. So, after installing "strnsl" from OpenSS7, i got the above said library and my code compiled successfully.

Thanks all for your time.
