Gnome is nice in SUSE 10.0

Now i frequently login with gnome, i don't see any shortcoming of Gnome, it is as good as KDE.
Why Gnome is rejected by most suse users?

Such a thread tends to cause a lot of flame wars. Anyway Suse has traditionally supported KDE much better than GNOME, so attracted a lot fo KDE fans. I use GNOME, but don't like it very much because you can't configure it as much as you can KDE and I like most KDE apps better than their GNOME alternatives.
