Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
This guide was created as an overview of the Linux Operating System, geared toward new users as an exploration tour and getting started guide, with exercises at the end of each chapter.
For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

How did you install flash player? After extracting the file and trying to start it, I only get this message: "ERROR: Your architecture, \'x86_64\', is not supported by the Macromedia Flash Player installer. and then the installation stopped.
I was busy, now I am back here.
I was thinking about Flash Player. You see, Konqueror is not a problem. I do not know whether it is using flash plug in or something else, but I can play video and/or radio there. The problem is Firefox. Somehow I can not get it working even with your suggestions. I will try it again. Will see if it will work.
thanks for now. I will let you know about the results.
One thing you might want to make sure if you followed all my instructions is when the flashplayer script asks you for the location of firefox. I had mine in the /home folder. Suse by default i believe keeps it in the /opt/mozilla folder. Not sure if you got that far but if you did maybe that will help
