Exclamation Evince not working ..!!


I am getting an error while trying to open any pdf ..

failed to load backend for 'application/pdf':/usr/lib/evince/4/backends/libpdfdocuments.so: undefined symbol: ev_document_media_get_type

tried reinstalling evince but did not help .. please suggest some solution

Hrm make sure that you're using the mainstream evince and poppler-tools packages from the main openSUSE distros. The exact same issue came up on this thread on the openSUSE forums: https://forums.opensuse.org/showthre...df-files/page1
