confused with the sources


Hi to everyone just upgraded to suse 10.1 from 10.0 using dvd ... Everything seems fine
My problem now is that i dont know which repositories is should add for suse 10.1 packages
I know the sticky thread but reading it i am more confused cause everyone suggests completely different sources.
What i should add to find the packages.?
The repository that suse suggest for my country seems to be completely emppty
ftp://ftp.ntua.gr/pub/linux/suse/i386/10.1/
I want to install the latest xfce for my suse any sources available plz?
