SWAT is a web-based admin tool you can use to configure samba. I'm not sure if SWAT is compatible with SUSE as I haven't played around with SUSE much, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't. Another way to configure SAMBA is by editing the "smb.conf" file by using a text editor.
(smb.conf is found under /etc/samba on my distribution, but it may be different for SUSE).
Also, try looking through the WIKI on this site, it has at least one article that I know of different aspects of configuring SAMBA.
