can not print to DMP 15" x 6" paper from browser or pdf file

I have installed SLES11. I am using Dot Matrix Printer. 136 columns, 9pin or 24 pin, models TVSE MSP345, HD995. I am using an application which is run through browser. I require printing on a 15"wide x 6"tall preprinted page. When i am trying to print it direct from browser it is printing 9" only. But if i print from a text file it is printing full 136 columns. I have tried to print to a pdf file and then to printer. The pdf file is created ok, but when i am printing from the pdf file the print is coming 90 degree anticlockwise rotated.
Can anybody help me pls.
