"I tried to install Suse 9.3 and I stop the installation when I was configuring my booloader (Lilo). It ask me if i want to overwrite the MBR ou just to stay it intact. What I need to do ?

lilo will be installed on your MBR. If you want to leave your MBR as it is then I suggest that you install lilo on a boot floppy. Then when you want to boot SuSE 9.3 you put your boot floppy in the floppy drive before you boot.
If you install lilo on your MBR then you can set up lilo to give you a choice of which operating system to boot. You can configure booting multiple operating systems during the SuSE install or you can do it after you boot into your new SuSE system.
