Suspend-to-disk option in Powersave worked well for me with SuSE 9.2, but not with 9.3. When I choose to suspend my laptop, it writes all the stuff in RAM to disk, then reboots instead of shutting down completely.
Well I have a similar problem but with Suspend To RAM, used to work perfectly on 9.2, but when I switched to 9.3 only Suspend To Disk works perfectly, on Suspend To RAM it hangs when turning on the laptop, it just says "Linu" and hangs. I'm still looking on where the problem resides, I'll post back my findings (if any). By the way I have a Toshiba Satellite A25-S279.
on my vaio pcg-k215m suse 9.3 suspend to disk is fine except on resume i don't get the option to choose which OS to boot it just goes straight for suse. Any ideas on how i can change this to make it ask where i want to boot from?
Suspend to ram still wont work for me but it didn't work with 9.2 either - it just hangs.
