screen saver goes off and screen goes black

I can't seem to find the setting to keep my monitor on all the time. My screen saver comes up when it's supposed to but the after a little while the monitor shuts down. I can't seem to get to stay on.

See screensaver settings. There would be option to make screen blank. It's a power management option. It may also be power management option of XORG or XFree86 Server

I had everything set to disable and the box checked to Hmmmmm, Make aware of Power managment. I de-selected that and now it seems to work just peachy. I'll have to let it sit here for awhile and see what happens again.
