how do i enable 64 bit WEP support?

I'm running a 64 bit WEP wireless security on my belkin router. I've read the release notes for 9.1 that say the support drivers are incomplete. I also was unable to locate an program or utility that would enable these settings. my router also supports WPA-PSK, and 128 bit WEP. I am unfamiliar with all of this and this is my first router, so i'm not quite sure which one of these security modes to use. my wife is using Windows xp on her laptop so i don't know that it will support 128 bit WEP.
