Storedge D1000 and scsi


Hi I have a Storedge D1000 with 8 disk array, connected via scsi to Sun 220R with Solaris 9 operating environment. When i issue the probe-scsi-all it doesnt recognise the array disks. Im at witts end with this and need some help badly....anyone please???

Silly Questions I know but,
does the array have power?
Have you tried another scsi cable and I can't remember if you need a teminator plug as well.
Do you know if the scsi card is working?, check to ensure its seated correctly.
