I have enable multipathing by commant stmsboot -e reboot the system(Solaris 10) then assign LUN but it is showing two different LUNs as I think it should show just a single LUN.

I think if he did the `stmsboot -e` it is supposed to take care of that. If you want to exclude some from consideration, then you need to edit fp.conf (or mpt.conf for SAS) and do a `stmsboot -u`.
here4linux, you need to provide some more information. Are you doing fiber channel or SAS or SATA, on x86 or sparc? If SAS or SATA, then you need to be sure you have the latest update (U7 5/09 if Solaris 10) and appropriate patches for multipathing. What is your hardware configuration and what are the devices you are trying to multipath?
I have SUN V440 Server with Solaris 10, SAN is IBM DS4800 , Fiber channel.
I have already changed line: mpxio-disable="yes";in /kernel/drv/fp.conf.
But still is the problem.
I had do the same thing for AIX things goes smooth (I think no issue on the SAN side)

googling "solaris 10 multipath for ibm ds4800" turns up some threads on the IBM System Storage Forums. This one http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/fo...7250&tstart=44 seems to solve the problem by editing /kernel/drv/scsi_vhci.conf. Solaris 10 will automatically take care of Sun hardware (I set up multipathing for a J4200, and it was simple and automatic), but if you are using other vendor's hardware, you may have to do some special configuration. I also found this to be true in setting up a Sony tape library - I had to edit /kernel/drv/st.conf and /kernel/drv/sgen.conf. But it has worked like a charm. Fortunately, Sony had an online document explaining the unix configuration requirements.

hmm, this thread http://forums.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=5107902 seems to indicate that if your Solaris 10 is up-to-date and with the latest patches, the DS4800 should work without any special editing.
I recently updated (using Live Update) to Solaris 10 u7 (5/09) and added the latest patch cluster so that I could get SAS multipathing updates. SAS and SATA were just recently added to the multipathing options. Previously, it had only been FC.
