ksh scripts migrating(ORACLE 11G) from Solaris Sparc 10 to RHEL 7
Hi All,
Now we are migrating oracle 11G from Solaris Sparc 10 to RHEL 7. We have 1000+ ksh scripts..
Could you please let em know what would be the best way to use exiting scripts in RHEL with minimal changes,.
my concern was "Is it all Solaris command work in RHEL".

Again, as you were told before: some commands will work, some won't, some will be different. The 'best way' is for you to try to run these scripts, and modify/change them as needed. Again, we can help with specific questions but we aren't going to look up ALL the commands for Solaris and RHEL, and compare them for you.
as it was already told you try to install ksh on your host and use. If you [need to] modify a srcipt, try to reimplement using bash.
But anyway, you will never be sure if they work exactly the same way as before. There will be no post on LQ or any other forum which can really help you to transfer 1000+ files. You need to do that one by one (or pay for it).
Distribution: Solaris 11.4, Oracle Linux, Mint, Debian/WSL
