Disk errors in /var/adm/messages

Hello fellow Solaris admins,

I keep getting this error in messages file:
Code:
Apr 11 12:25:10 server1 scsi: [ID 107833 kern.warning] WARNING: /ssm@0,0/pci@1d,700000/pci@1/SUNW,isptwo@4/sd@0,0 (sd15):
Apr 11 12:25:10 hq4unx108 Error for Command: write Error Level: Retryable
Apr 11 12:25:10 server1 scsi: [ID 107833 kern.notice] Requested Block: 1046288 Error Block: 1046306
Apr 11 12:25:10 server1 scsi: [ID 107833 kern.notice] Vendor: FUJITSU Serial Number: 0224X47145

How do I pinpoint the exact drive that causing this? how do you determine the disk based on the path? (WARNING: /ssm@0,0/pci@1d,700000/pci@1/SUNW,isptwo@4/sd@0,0)?

Below is the output of the format command:

Code:
echo| format

All SCSI drives in a Solaris system are specified by an address of the form:
Code:
Controller:TargetID:Device
where Controller is what the rest of the SCSI world calls Host, and Device is what the rest of the world calls LUN.

Matching the PCI address of the controller: 700000 and the ID,LUN of the drive: 0,0 means it is drive c0t0d0. The first one on your list.
