Installation from usbdisk
Sorry for duplicate post
Hello everyone,
I have problem with installation slackware from usbdisk.
I prepare my pendrive using LinuxLive USB Creator 2.8.23.
Slackware setup launching very good but in SOURCE MEDIA SELECTION have a big problem.
In the Internet I search this instruction
""Boot the machine using the USB drive.
Before running setup, look up (with fdisk -l) which device your USB drive is. When installing, choose "Install from a Slackware CD or DVD". Then select the "manual" option, then the "custom" option. Enter /dev/sdX1 (as shown by "fdisk -l") and installation will proceed as when installing from a DVD. "
w moim przypadku /dev/sdb1 jest ścieżką i w tym momencie zostaje sprowadzony na ziemie i "MOUNT ERROR"."
and I follow then.
I use source /dev/sdb1 and when press ENTER i have MOUNT ERROR.
Thanks for help
