'scp' command fails when system booted from DVD image

There is a little issue with Slackware 15.0 installation image.
When booted (slackware64-15.0-install-dvd.iso or slackware-15.0-install-dvd.iso) 'scp' command fails with the following message:
Quote:
/usr/bin/dbclient: no such file or directory
'dbclient' is located under '/bin/dbclient' so:
'ln -s /bin/dbclient /usr/bin/dbclient' solves the issue.

Once when Slackware is installed from packages scp works fine, so it's purely installation boot issue.

Where should it be reported, so it can be fixed for a next Slackware releases?

I have found the same problem exists when booted from "usbboot.img" on a USB-flashdrive.

Also, I can confirm the OP's solution fixes the problem
Code:
ln -s /bin/dbclient /usr/bin/dbclient
I had booted a laptop from the USB-flashdrive, and had partitioned and formatted the hard-drive, and wanted to use scp to copy the install-files from a remote computer to the laptop, so I could install Slackware 15.0 on the laptop.

All SSH tools for this boot image are located under '/bin', regarding to 'Filesystem Hierarchy Standard':
Quote:
/bin -- Stands for "binaries"; Contains some fundamental utilities needed by a system administrator.
so, it's certainly a good place for it, I unpacked initrd to see what's there, and:
Quote:
[barney@fidelity initrd_root]$ strings bin/dropbearmulti | grep "/usr/bin/dbclient"
/usr/bin/dbclient
hard coded not existing '/usr/bin/dbclient' , it should be a fast fix - probably a matter to set compilation flags in distro building system.
