images build kit (creating images slarm64/slackwarearm)

Will it cross compile for 64bit on a 32bit machine?

at the moment there is cross-compilation to x86_64 -> aarch32/64 and aarch64 -> aarch32/64.

x86_64 has not been tested for a long time due to the absence of x86 as such.
