Window Manager menu is missing

A few days ago I installed KDE RC1. Everything went well (except sound) but I don't seem to have any menu at the login window where I could choose window managers (Gnome/KDE/Fluxbox etc).

I have looked in KDE Control Center /Administration/Login but there's no list of avaliable window managers, who were avaliable/visible in KDE 3.1.4.

How am I supposed to change WM at login?

I would like to get this working before I could change to KDE 3.2 FINAL

I believe all you have to do is type:

xwmconfig

a menu pops up and you can choose from there

as root before running starting X

I dont know about slackware, but I know in Mandrake you can change the DM login manager. Unfortunately I also do not know what ones are available for slackware. Check to see if you have a utility to change the DM login manager and change it back to whatever you were using before. KDE probably installed the KDM login manager which does not have a DM selection box.
