wher is my vimrc file and the .vim directory slac 10.0


My system is running on slackware 10.0 and
i need to include latex-suite to vim
in their instruction i found i need to go to.vim folder and
then to edit the .vimrc file

I got the installation instructions.. from

vim-latex.sourceforge.net, Download page

help me

There is no .vim folder
just do: cp /usr/share/vim/vim63/vimrc_example.vim ~/.vimrc
And you should be fine, edit your ~/.vimrc to suit your needs

I put the .vimrc filel in my home directory
and i started eding TEX files in VIM.
i found this very convinient and powerful
so friends use vim for editing latex files..
