Thx

Code:
06-jan-2021: 1.3.8.4
ISO images based on Slackware -current "Tue Jan 5 22:42:46 UTC 2021"
New ISOs for SLACKWARE, DAW and LEAN (1.5 GB Plasma5/XFCE base system).
  Notable liveslak changes:
  - Introducing 'LEAN' live variant, containing basic yet featureful
Plasma5 and XFCE desktop environments. Only 1.5 GB in size.
Probably not all plasma5 stuff ( actually 366 pkgs ) are included.

Mr Hameleers makes the lean iso with the following package lists (these are taken from his make_slackware_live.sh script that comes with liveslak): min,noxbase,x_base,xapbase,xfcebase,slackpkgplus,z00_plasma5supp,z01_plasma5base

What goes into those lists can be found here: https://git.slackware.nl/liveslak/tree/pkglists

After greping a bit and comparing his lists to what's in current, it looks like around 600 packages removed in total, so too much to post. From what I've looked at I see the e, f, k, t, tcl, and y series of packages are not included (not much there already). The rest of the package series are also trimmed down a bunch. Some of the larger cuts:
Code:
70 packages in d. Lean removed 46.
154 packages in n. Lean removed 87.
83 packages in ap. Lean removed 45.
51 packages in xap. Lean removed 22.
367 packages in kde. Lean removed 153.
So in summary you get xfce, enough of plasma to work, and a cut down selection of applications and dev tools.
