Whats the reason to use both?
Yes, but with FlashBlock you can be more specific about the blocked content, which can be quite useful.

I'm surprised nobody -but me- uses TabMixPlus.
Here in the Netherlands it's one of the most popular add-ons (and for a good reason).
Try it.

Yup, for example if there is a flash video and flash ads on the same page.

I know, but the point is that I consider NoScript too inconvenient. That is, the inconvenience of enabling JS each time outweighs the risks I take by far. If you're too worried about security of course Noscript would be a better choice. I visit a small number of trusted sites so I'm not so concerned about malicious code. I'm disabling JS not for security reasons but some of the websites I visit have scripts that eat my CPU, that's what I want to prevent.

I find that no-script handles those perfectly.

Oh I forgot to mention that having a quick search or search engine for slackBuilds.org is essential as well

You're right, there is a search engine for Slackbuilds.org (made by Manuel Otto) and you can find it at Mycroft's.
He has also made one for LinuxPackages.net.

Correct, a good example of that is found here.

Why do you use Session Mangager if you also use TMP?

That's interesting, it seems to do exactly what the adblock extension does only via css theme. Now if only it had an interface to dynamically add items to block ... like adblock plus.

I usually always have at least the download statusbar and forecast fox installed. Right now I also have delicious bookmarks and stumbleupon installed (stumbleupon is much fun )

Yes, there is however one disadvantage to AdBlock (plus): it's an extension...
I mean, the more extensions you use, the slower FF gets and there is always a chance that extensions may conflict with others (which can lead to corrupted profiles). So my motto is: if it ca be done without an extension, that's the better way.

By the way, a lot of extensions are basically grafical frontends for simple hacks.
