Unable to kill /usr/libexec/gam_server process

Hi!

I'm trying to kill /usr/libexec/gam_server process but i see its rebirth instead of its death.

I run:

Code:
# kill -9 PID

gam_server seems to be needed by one of the 'X' processes you have running. When I exit X completely I had no issues killing it.
