Unable to install latest KDE5, rsync failed

Hi
First,im new to Slackware.

I run Slackware64 current in virtualbox and try a fresh install of latest KDE5 with this link https://slackware.nl/alien-kde/current/latest/README.

But i encounter a problen with rsync :
Code:
rsync -Hav --exclude=x86 rsync://slackware.uk/people/alien-kde/current/latest/ latest/

rsync: failed to connect to slackware.uk (91.109.244.240): Connection timed out (110)
rsync: failed to connect to slackware.uk (2a02:2498:1:227::240:1): Network is unreachchable (101)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(127) [Receiver=3.1.3]
I don't understand this error, i can ping slackware.uk with succes and my network configuration is ok.

Some help is welcome, thanks
Philippe

Your DNS server seems to work ok, you may be blocked by proxy, try
Code:
ping slackware.uk
to check if you can access slackware.uk at all

Ok, sorry, I didn't notice. In that case it's possible that rsync is blocked in your network. Do you use proxy? Try using some other rsync servers, for example rsync://bear.alienbase.nl/mirrors/slackware to check if you can use rsync.

That means that rsync ports are probably blocked in your network:
Code:
$ grep rsync /etc/services
rsync 873/tcp
rsync 873/udp
Who is your ISP? Are you on mobile, corporate or university network?
