TOS setting tool

Hello!
I've got a problem! I would like to know if there is a freeware tool that allow me to measure network performance, like bandwith jitter and frame loss, and set simultaneous connections with different Type-of-Sevice field value. Thank you very much! lucs

I don't know about freeware, but I would head over to www.sourceforge.com or www.freshmeat.net and see if there is an open-source project with the features you need. Chances are you'll find something. :-)
