The texlive SlackBuild failed when it came to downloading texi2html, with this message:
Code:
--2010-05-29 03:52:52-- http://savannah.inetbridge.net/texi2html/texi2html-1.82.tar.bz2
Resolving savannah.inetbridge.net (savannah.inetbridge.net)... failed: Name or service not known.
wget: unable to resolve host address `savannah.inetbridge.net'
But in the SlackBuild, texi2html is supposed to be obtained from a different URL:
Code:
# Now let's add texi2hmtl - http://www.nongnu.org/texi2html/
I just built texlive OK using the Slackbuild for 13.1, but found the same problem that BrianL identified. I just downloaded the texi2HTML code from the nongnu.org URL rather than the one incorrectly pointed to by the slackbuilds site.
I did it using sbopkg, didn't bother trying it the "manual" way. Anyway, I've installed Robby's package now. It's puzzling why, when it mentions the nongnu site, it then tries to download from another.

You might want to report that to MAINTAINER="Robby Workman".
You've got it fixed now but, in the future, you should be able to search for a valid source and just edit the info file either directly or through sbopkg.
