Streamtuner- Shoutcast empty again

If you use streamtuner, you probably remember a few years ago that Shoutcast messed around with the IP address and the services being offered and broke streamtuner. To fix it you had to make an entry in /etc/hosts. It looks like it is broken again. Does anyone know what happened or come up with a fix yet?
