sourcenav and the like?

Is sourcenav (or something like it) available for slackware in some repo? It would be nice for reading some sources, like gdb, where it's sometimes pretty hard to find a called routine or type definition.
(I know there's always emacs and ctags, but still...)

From the amounts of downloads sourcenav appears a lightly used app, so you probably won't find ready made slackbuilds.

However looking at the source this application is pretty straightforward to build. You can either build it yourself using the typical configure, make and make install cycle. But making a slackbuild for this should be straightforward as the Slackbuilds autotools-template should probably work out of the box after adding things like appname, etc.

This is explained in more detail on the wiki here

Have a look at cscope. It's included in a full install of Slackware, and can be used with Vim, Emacs, & maybe others.
I'm not a programmer, and haven't used it myself, so...

I looked at it already, but I think it's basically command-based. Have to check how it works with editors.

Thanks for the links. This is not the first time I considered learning how to make a slackbuild. Maybe I should take a better look...

Sourcenav can now be found on Slackbuilds. See here. I'll stick to my editor which feels far faster for this purpose, but sourcenav appears to work fine as far as I can tell.
