Looks like a good start this site http://slak.homelinux.org/index.php will show you some more repositories you may wish to mirror. I can recommend the Alien Bob files and The SalixOS files also.

I can't index Alien Bob repository because hi doesn't split repository metadata (MANIFEST.bz2, PACKAGES.TXT) by distribution

Thank you for your hint but hardware of this service provider best suited only for hosting project home page but not the PostgreSQL database with several millions records and multiple indexes, and synchronization script for 782 repositories which runs during 3 hours every day with LA > 3 on Intel Quad-Core platform.
now I understand the point (I think it's clear after your last message), please ignore what I wrote and good luck (hope you will find enough money to buy cray hardware for your postgres and scripts).
