I have having problem with some files in Kwrite I open it and it will not write in it, If I try to save it it does like Save as option. it is not do it with all the files, I have checked the permission on the file and I changed even to 777. To get it done I had to install "gedit".
Do you know what is doing on?
On Thunar file manager, You delete some files and It will not go to trash folder it just simple disappear.
One more thing my hard drive keep doing noises like its taking pictures (some time to time, no constant), Could it be my partition selection?

Do you mean to say your hard drive makes noise like a camera sounds when taking a picture? Sort of like "Cah-chICK!"? If so, your priority should be to find a replacement. It's dying.

Is this on a laptop when it is not plugged in? If so, then you should look at running hdparm to turn off spin-down: hdparm -B 254 /dev/sda (for example).

The laptop in plugged to the power all the time I am using it. I should not be turning spin down off, right. Does it mean the laptop will be spinning like max all the time?
