With Slamd64 you can just install the required 32 bit libraries straight over from Slackware and the application will work, or compile them yourself instead (although, to be honest, you can recompile most things yourself for x86-64).

There is really no good reason for any 32 bit application to not work on x86-64 with the proper 32 bit libraries installed.
