Slackware.com website is down

I'm just wondering what it could be - are we there yet?

Question

But where is the x86 32 bit stable and the x86 32 bit current changelog?

I'm not sure, but I noticed that each time I couldn't reach the slackware website, a few minutes/hours later, there are some changes in the logs...

Until now, when I can't reach the website, I'm happy because it means "some fresh food" .

Maybe it's just some luck, but I like it this way.

32bits are dead... Long live 64bits !

Seriously, from the changelog page:
Quote:
The latest ChangeLogs can always be found on ftp://ftp.slackware.com We are updating this page every two hours, so they will remain fairly current. But the truly bleeding edge will want to leave an ftp session open to ftp://ftp.slackware.com and less the ChangeLog every 5 minutes.
Stable : ftp://ftp.slackware.com/pub/slackwar.../ChangeLog.txt

Current : ftp://ftp.slackware.com/pub/slackwar.../ChangeLog.txt

The changelogs are coming back. Most probably, it's due to updates. Yes, it's always a good sign!!!

Goodness people, you must do this every time the site goes down ? And for every release ?

Talk about impatient.

Well, I just answered a question and made an ironical joke... Do I need to go to see a doctor Sir ?

Who said anything about a doctor ? But seriously, let's just make a sticky, because this has been posted at least 3-4 times (each question = site is down + is it ready yet ?).

Yeah a sticky for "When will be the next release" and "where are the changelogs" can be useful. I vote for that.

Of course you were not talking about a doctor, but you seemed to be bored by the same thing we were quite "smiling" at... That was the serious mood vs the no big deal mood... Just another joke... Anyway. It's not unusual that irony is taken seriously on the web, moreover when we don't master english (which is my case ).

Cheers.
