slackware and grub; what should the config entry be?

ok
i just installed slackware 9.1 without lilo. i want to configure my current grub bootloader to boot slackware along with my other distros.
what should i enter into menu.lst?

for example, this is what an entry for redhat would be:

	root (hd0,2)
	kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.4.20-30.9 ro root=LABEL=/1 hdc=ide-scsi
	initrd /boot/initrd-2.4.20-30.9.img

PS slackware is on hda6 using bare.i

Slack puts a symbolic link called vmlinuz in /boot that points at the kernel so I use that. If I were you I'd put

title Slack
root (hd0,5)
kernel /boot/vmlinuz root=/dev/hda6 vga=788

in /boot/grub/menu.lst

I have exactly the same problem too.
I've tried several times and finally I find the answer from this thread.
