Slackware 9.1 + fluxbox: cann't handle TLS data

I have installed Slackware 9.1 on the Vortex86SX (128 MB RAM, 1G hard disk) and tried to setup fluxbox as wm. After starting fluxbox I have such message:
fluxbox: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.6: cannot handle TLS data

What I must do to start fluxbox?

Are you using the version of fluxbox which came with Slackware-9.1? And do you have the cxxlibs package installed also?

Fluxbox from slack 9.1 gives:
BaseDisplay: connection to X server failed
Flubox: Unknown error
after al I've installed fluxbox 1.1

cxxlibs are installed
