Slackware 14.2 slackpkg download

I've got a few older computers that 14.2 seems to be best for them. I would also like to keep local copies of updates. I'd installed 14.2 a week or two ago and some of the mirrors weren't responding. So nice to keep local copies.

Let's say you do:

slackpkg upgrade-all

Can you add download so that you have copies of the upgraded packages?

For example:

slackpkg upgrade-all download

So that all the package updates are on /var/log/packages or a download directory? If so how could you run upgrade-all again and use the downloaded packages on your drive?

One last thing - is there a way to create an install iso from a freshly updated system? Or is there a place to download 14.2 with all latest updates already applied?

I did read the manual but I'm not sure how to proceed.

BTW: 15 is running nice on my new system.
