Slackware 13.1: GraphicsMagick install error on liblcms.so

Hi all --- happy Christ' mas day!

In an attempt to install GraphicsMagick (from slackbuilds.org) on Slackware 13.1, I get the following error:
Code:
/usr/lib/liblcms.so: could not read symbols: File in wrong format
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [magick/libGraphicsMagick.la] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/SBo/GraphicsMagick-1.3.12'
make: *** [all] Error 2
What could I try?

Maybe the library is damaged? I just compiled a program using liblcms and it links and runs correctly. The package name is "lcms".

You have a multilib installation. Read this. Do this. It will work.

Thanks 55020,

... it worked by inserting the following line in GraphicsMagick.Slackbuild

Code:
LDFLAGS="-L/usr/lib${LIBDIRSUFFIX}" \
just after the lines,
Code:
CFLAGS="$SLKCFLAGS" \
CXXFLAGS="$SLKCFLAGS" \
Thanks again, I have noted down this comment about multilib set-ups.

Cheers,
