Slackware 13.0 32bit. Flash Videos not syncing audio

Wow this one really got me. When ever I try to play a flash video in firefox the video plays fine but the audio doesn't start until about 3 seconds after the video, And it seems that the sound is 3 seconds behind any action I take, like if I pause the video the audio will still play until it catches up with video. I googled around and couldn't find anything. I then stumbled upon a clue. If I start audacious or anyother sound program and play a file like an mp3 then start firefox then flash will work perfectly, but then lets say that I close audacious and restart firefox. The problem will come back and then I can't play any files from aduacious until I close firefox. I can't find anything about this on google. My guess is this has to be a alsa issue. Also I tested in Slackware64 and I have no problems.

Thanks in advance

we'll it took a few hours but I figured it out. I for some reason had installed libflashsupport. Once I removed that everything went back to normal.
