Slack won't boot
I have installed Slackware from a partition on my HD contaning all the software-sets, so it's not the iso version. I booted with the boot-disk, made a Linux partition with cfdisk, and setup all correctly in the setup program. The installation progress seemed to work fine.
But when I then rebooted the system, Slackware wouldn't run.
I just saw the "PRESS A KEY TO REBOOT" message that always appears when no OS is installed.
Later, I tried to install it again. Now I choosed to have LILO on a floppy disk. When I booted with the disk, LILO started and I could choose to run Linux or DOS. When I choose Linux, all I get is a black screen and the system freeses.
What's wrong?
