Simple Screen Recorder

Give it a test if you have multi-lib installed it will build the 32 bit library for you.
git clone https://github.com/Drakeo/ssr.SlackBuild.git

SimpleScreenRecorder is a Linux program that was created to record programs and games.
SimpleScreenRecorder is a screen recorder for Linux. Despite the name,
this program is actually quite complex. It's 'simple' in the sense
that it's easier to use than ffmpeg/avconv or VLC .

This will also build your multi-lib for x86_64 with Alien Bobs multi-lib installed
NO you do not need ffmpeg-compat32 installed this allows you to capture 32 bit gaming like Steam audio
Pulseaudio and Jack are enabled by default to build with out one or the other
You can pass these options.
PULSE=no ./ssr.SlackBuild
JACK=no ./ssr.SlackBuild
Or for both.
PULSE=no JACK=no ./ssr.SlackBuild

Optional dependency:libav (libavformat, libavcodec, libavutil, libswscale)

This requires:ffmpeg
with the new pulseaudio in slackware much easier to record gaming as you screen cast.
you can also live cast to youtube etc.

One thing is the only thing. During a minecraft session it seems to always pull down the whole window during each hot key switch fyi.

Not sure how one would resolve that. Thanks! All the other games work all right!

ssr update

Simple Screen Recorder build system was completely over hauled.
so I had to rebuild the script.
it now detects jack and pulse audio 32 or 64 bit and enables them.
if building multi arch build and fails add the dependencies not hard.
for multi arch 32 builds first then 64 need to do this for priority of preload scripts built in.
it also build kde5 qt5.
