It has been my experience in the past that by default Apache and sshd will bind to all interfaces available. However, both can be restricted to just certain interfaces or IP address ranges in their respective conf file.

Look in your httpd.conf and the sshd.conf files for the commands that use the "Listen" directives. For Apache the directive is "Listen 0.0.0.0:80" but sshd it is "ListenAddress 0.0.0.0", where 0.0.0.0 is the IP address. Also Apache has a "BindAddress *" directive as well where the domain or IP can be provided. Now these are normally remarked out in the files and the defaults are to bind on anything that is available.

But if your files were restricted to just your local network, to close the ports to the outside, like on a hardened system or perhaps a proxy server, then it would produce the problems you are seeing. So it is not be what you need to add, but it is what you need to remove.

Ok guys, that still didn't work. I have no idea what the heck is going on.

Blind Site-I currently am not with a unit, I am attending OCS this summer for College students.

ah, well good luck at OCS. Becoming a Marine is the best thing I've ever done, and I've done quite a bit (mostly in the Computer Industry.)

port 80

In your httpd.conf file, change the port to 8080 and try and access it from your campus. If port 80 is being blocked you might change something in your configs that were originally correct. Just a thought.
