Segmentation fault

I just did a swaret --update and swaret --upgrade on my 10.2 system.
I clicked on the icons to start firefox and thunderbird, and they wouldn't start.
Now trying to run either firefox or thunderbird from terminal, I get this:
"/usr/lib/firefox-1.0.6/run-mozilla.sh: line 159: 3982 Segmentation fault "$prog" ${1+"$@"}"

"/usr/lib/thunderbird-1.0.6/run-mozilla.sh: line 159: 3936 Segmentation fault "$prog" ${1+"$@"}"

Both programs were running before the update/upgrade.
Help?
Thanks

Try running firefox from the command line. That usually gives you some error messages. A while back I upgraded to current and Firefox and Thunderbird wouldn't run. I had to install the cairo package and then it all worked.

Sorry I wasn't explicit in my post. That is how I did try to run them
The output is what I copied and pasted.

I will edit the OP.

Thanks.
