Security patching and mutlilib compat code

What's the process for updating packages manually (security advisories) that have *x86_64-3compat32 file names?

Recent example:
Code:
Updated packages for Slackware x86_64 14.0:
ftp://ftp.slackware.com/pub/slackware/slackware64-14.0/patches/packages/openssl-1.0.1f-x86_64-1_slack14.0.txz
ftp://ftp.slackware.com/pub/slackware/slackware64-14.0/patches/packages/openssl-solibs-1.0.1f-x86_64-1_slack14.0.txz
Existing:
/var/log/packages/openssl*
Code:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 33K Jul 21 2013 5:18 PM /var/log/packages/openssl-1.0.1e-x86_64-1_slack14.0
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1.7K Jul 21 2013 6:48 PM /var/log/packages/openssl-compat32-1.0.1c-x86_64-3compat32
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1.6K Jul 21 2013 5:18 PM /var/log/packages/openssl-solibs-1.0.1e-x86_64-1_slack14.0
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1.3K Jul 21 2013 6:48 PM /var/log/packages/openssl-solibs-compat32-1.0.1c-x86_64-3compat32
Thanks!

You can download the packages from the 32 bit patches folder on a mirror and use convertpkg-compat32 then upgrade.

Or just look here...
http://www.slackware.com/~alien/mult....0compat32.txz

Package openssl-compat32-1.0.1c-x86_64-3compat32 upgraded with new package ./openssl-compat32-1.0.1e-x86_64-1_slack14.0compat32.txz.

http://www.slackware.com/~alien/mult...-1compat32.txz
appears unchanged from my current installed version.
