Even with x screen locked I can switch to the text console ctrl+alt+f1 and press ctrl+c to kill x session and, I can lunch it again. is that intended or screen lock should not let you kill x session.
to get x to lock the screen, you need to login with X instead of startx from a console. an init 4 command or updating the runlevel in /etc/inittab to 4 will do this for you.
The only other way I can think of is running:
startx; exit
that will generally kill your login with a ctrl c... but really... just use the x login.

Thanks WhiteEolf1776 for you suggestions, I'm not a fan of graphical login so I prefer to use "3".
