I don't hibernate.But I was experimenting with Zoom-x86_64 for PitSeb, seeing as I had raised the issue. The /opt/zoom directory was mushrooming.
  • 5.9.x - ~55 MB
  • 5.10.x - 120MB
  • 5.12.x - 500MB
  • down to 5.15.10 - 654MB

If a corresponding aarch64 library wasn't found on my system for translation, I think preparatory work for emulation was done, which gobbled memory. Most of Zoom's features were never used. I was up at 4G of ram + 1.5G of swap on version 5.10.x, but with the 'SAVE_MEM' option, the larger 5.12.x was only using 2.5GB ram. There's oodles of space on /home ATM anyhow.
