rsnapshot: Lchown, not found -- but perl-lchown slack package is installed on Slack

Rsnapshot does not seem to be able to fine the perl module for lchown. I've install the perl-lchown slack package that was supplied in the downloads section of the rsnapshot web site. Lchown is working in Slack 11.0 but since moving on to Slack 12.0 the module can't seem to be found by rsnapshot. The Slack 12.0 is a fresh install, not an upgrade. Is there some way to make rsnapshot aware that lchown is available. Otherwise, rsnapshot is working well. Thanks

For my part, I install perl modules from cpan
(yeah I redo it each time perl is upgraded, but I need a few modules actually)

Code:
su -
# cpan
# cpan> install Bundle::CPAN
# cpan> reload cpan
# cpan> install Lchown
# cpan> exit
