Regression in curl-7.64.0

Slackware-14.2 currently provides curl-7.64.0. This version of curl has a regression which causes problems in some applications (notably rtorrent, where it manifests as 100% CPU usage): https://github.com/rakshasa/rtorrent...ment-478775500. Updating to the latest stable version of curl is reported to fix the issue.

Please consider updating curl to version 7.64.1 in Slackware-14.2.

patches/packages/curl-7.64.1-x86_64-1_slack14.2.txz: Upgraded.
This update fixes a regression in curl-7.64.0 which could lead to
100% CPU usage. Thanks to arcctgx.
I remember this bug in current, it was pretty bad.
