rc.ip_forward and ipv6

So I'm playing with ipv6 and sixxs since my ISP does not provide ipv6.
Good article in linuxjournal - I adapted to rPi - Slackarearm (thanks mostly to the work of ponce and http://www.daves-collective.co.uk (NICE WORK GUYS !!!!!) ((that is for even getting Slackware on the pi)) dmozes and alienBob et. al. BDFL
-I'll post a link in this thread with what I've got once the dust settles and I like what I've got.

Admittedly still green here (still RTFMing), in the ipv6 arena, so I was wondering if there are plans to modify the rc.ip_forward script to account for ipv6. At present I'm adding this to rc.local

Code:
# Added by RAH forward on the ipv6
echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/forwarding
But was thinking maybe it's time to add to rc.ip_forward ... might be able to tune up the script but wanted input.

Got the rpi firing on ipv6 now to share with the rest of the lan
still not there yet with radvd but I'll get there...
also I found a slackBuild aiccu for (again David Spencer did all the lifting)

IPv6 support in rc.ip_forward will be in the next update batch for -current (probably tomorrow). Thanks!
