im use slackware 13.1
and i use anydata mobile brodband but it is not work so im install ndiswrapper but i need .inf & .sys file

where i found that file ?
in the cd with my brodband i found just .exe file

lsusb give me

What you probably need is cabextract (http://www.cabextract.org.uk/) and/or unshield (http://www.synce.org/oldwiki/index.php/Unshield) to unpack your exe and get the required files out of it.
