PyQt5-Designer for python3 on -14.2/x86_64

I looked at SBo for PyQt5Designer and didn't find it. On the Python web site (https://pypi.org/project/PyQt5Designer/) I found a download link, but using pip install failed:
# pip install PyQt5Designer
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement PyQt5Designer
ERROR: No matching distribution found for PyQt5Designer

Is there a version for Slackware?

TIA,

Rich
